Exploration unit
The most important activities performed in the exploration unit are as follows:
- Carrying out exploration operations by drilling over 60,000 meters in Nasim Copper Complex with an area of 110 square kilometers.
- Carrying out exploration operations in the area of Daroneh Kashmar with an area of 4282 square kilometers in Khorasan Razavi province, from the west of Daroneh to the east of Kashmar, and from the south of Sabzevar to the north of Bardaskan.
- Exploration operations in Sonajil mine as one of the largest copper and gold mines in the country with drilling of 20,000 meters with the participation of foreign investment in Harris region of East Azerbaijan province.
- Carrying out exploration operations by digging 5,000 meters in the Kuh-e-Symbol mine.
- Exploration operations in Kaboudan gold mine with drilling over 3000 meters
- Exploration operations in Nignan lead and zinc mine with drilling of 853 meters
Extraction unit
The most important activities performed in the extraction unit are as follows:
- Use of experts and consultants in the field of design, planning and supervision.
- Construction of a 140 ton fireworks warehouse as the largest private fireworks warehouse in Khorasan province.
- Use power packs in order to achieve better results in firefighting.
- Use of heavy info material due to the juiciness of the holes.
- Use a variety of controlled methods.

- Perform engineering operations on grade control due to the complexity of existing mines
Production unit
Expert studies for the construction of production units since 1390 in the company’s mines complex based on internal expert forces, equipping mineral processing laboratories, research and development unit and construction of 100% Iranian processing units were conducted. It is safe to say that this company is one of the first companies to build completely Iranian production units without dependence on foreign countries, relying on young and domestic experts, and is a symbol of the Supreme Leader’s statement “Resistance Economy, Production-Employment”. “And also has shown” Support for Iranian production “.

- Construction of pre-processing and iron ore processing unit in Kuh-e-Simbel mine.
- Construction of copper leaching tank processing unit in Nasim copper complex.

- Construction of hip leaching unit and cathode copper production plant in Nasim copper complex.
- Setting up a production unit and supplying all kinds of salt products with the required purity up to 95.5%.
Research & Development & Laboratory
In order to fulfill the slogan of relying on local knowledge and achieve accurate and reliable laboratory results, the laboratories of Pomeh Mining Company were set up. The Laboratory, Research and Development Unit, with the establishment of the ISO / IEC17025: 2005 standard system in 1994 and by performing at least 500 analyzes per day, has been able to add another honorary document to its honors.
